    Milton Zeis was a tattoo artist, tattoo supply business owner, commercial artist, author, and clown. During his early life, the mid 1910s thru the early 30s, he traveled with the circus and learned much about tattooing. The Zeis Studio, his supply company, sold flash, pigments, machines, and other supplies; Zeis was one of the first to offer colored flash! The Zeis School of Tattooing published "Tattooing the World Over," an accredited home study course, it included 20 lessons and sold for 5 when it was first offered in 1951! By this time the Zeis Studio was world-famous and Zeis was know as one of the world's greatest tattooists! W
