the image on the vintage photo is a beautifully rendered tabori tattoo done by yanekuma. very little information is posted online about yanekuma.
the tattooed image is namekiri chojun, a suikoden folk hero.
killer image!  images on listing are screen shots.
11x14 professional copy archival print, excellent quality from a hi res scan directly (and color tone print matched) vintage 8x10 photo but unknown details.
each print was professionally printed, color matched to the original and produced on 100 weight, archival, mattw ivory paper using only fade-resistant, archival, pigment-based inks.
