11x14 professional copy archival print, excellent quality from a hi res scan directly (and color print matched) from an extremely rare original image of what is believed to be sailor george fosdick tattoo flash from probably the 1920s or 1930s.
the sheet was professionally printed and produced on archival matte, acid free, thick 74 weight paper using only fade-resistant, archival, pigment-based inks. these sheets are the closest to the original sheets as could be possibly made.
sailor george fosdick tattooed in portland, oregon's from the late 1910s (including in the 1930s with bert grimm) until he died in 1946. his tattoo flash is almost nonexistent and this image originated from the collection of fred marquand).
